Returns & Refunds

Standard Return & Refund Policy

  • Signal Rings are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase minus a $25 handling fee.

  • Only items purchased directly from Signal Ring can be returned through this policy.

  • The Signal Ring, its charging case, and cable must be returned together. Rings showing signs of extended wear may be issued a partial refund at our discretion.

  • We allow only one return or exchange per item. This means you can return your original product once for a refund, or exchange it once — for example, for a different size of the same ring.

  • A return for a refund is not available after an exchange has been completed. Warranty replacements are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return, you can contact us at support@signalring.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@signalring.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.


Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@signalring.com.
